Mobile notary services for estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, healthcare directives, and related paperwork. Signings are conducted professionally and in accordance with North Carolina notarial law. Witness requirements remain the responsibility of the signer and/or attorney when applicable
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Any notarial fees and any separately agreed-upon travel fees will be disclosed and agreed to in advance in accordance with North Carolina law.
